In Spain, pay and working conditions in most sectors are set by collective agreements (convenios colectivos) negotiated between trade unions and employers’ organisations. A sector agreement applies to every company and employee within its scope — by activity and territory — whether or not the company took part in the negotiation, and it sets the minimum salary for each job category, the extra payments, seniority increments, working hours and holidays. Agreements are published in the official gazettes (the national BOE and the regional and provincial bulletins) and registered in REGCON, the Ministry of Labour’s register, under a 14-digit code. This website turns those gazettes into structured data.
The same path your team would follow reading the gazette — done once, properly, and for everyone.
01 · THE GAZETTE PUBLISHES
Provincial gazettes publish your agreement’s tables in annexes: rotated pages, scanned sheets, with seniority spread across three articles.
02 · WE STRUCTURE IT
Base salary, allowances, each seniority step, each extra payment: with its amount, its pay frequency and the exact reference to the gazette it comes from. If a year arrives pre-calculated by CPI, we say so.
03 · YOU INTEGRATE
An open page to consult it by year, an Excel to review it, and the XML your payroll software imports as is. All free.
The data is the same; you choose how to use it.
A cross-table of categories × pay items with amounts in euros, plus a detail sheet with formulas, percentages and notes.
The format Spanish payroll software already imports: category catalogue, pay items with pay type A/M/D/H and one table per year.
Agreements, periods, tables and pay items in JSON, for integrators who want the data always up to date with nothing to download.

Universities and research
Consistent data by agreement, category and year — traceable to the official gazette — for analysis of the Spanish labour market.
On the same database we produce comparative studies — to negotiate, hire or decide where to operate. See the analysis service →
Every agreement in a sector, compared: salary levels, agreed increases, working hours, allowances and top-ups — by province and by year, with the historical series.
e.g. “What does hospitality pay in each northern province, and how much has each agreement risen since 2023?”
Which agreement each competitor applies and how yours compares: salary cost by category, seniority, extra payments and working hours. For the negotiating table, or to know what you compete against when hiring.
e.g. “My company applies the provincial metal agreement — what do my three competitors’ company agreements pay?”
Every collective agreement in Spain — national, regional, provincial and company-level — with its official REGCON code. Need it in your system? See the API.
