Collaborative verification

Data checked by people.
Open to everyone.

Collective agreements are public information, but they live buried in gazette PDFs. At Convenios Colectivos we turn them into structured data and, as on Wikipedia, it is the community that keeps them reliable: every figure cites its official gazette and is cross-checked, on an ongoing basis, by professionals who work with agreements every day — and, occasionally, by anyone who downloads a set of tables.

350+ professional contributors · advisers, companies, trade unions and employers Occasional contribution · one question when you download Every figure with its source gazette

Two ways to contribute

Some people live and breathe agreements; others just need a set of tables today. Both contributions count, and we tell them apart because they do not ask the same of you.

PROFESSIONAL CONTRIBUTOR · ONGOING

More than 350 professionals who work with agreements every day

Employment advisers, HR departments, trade unions and employers’ organisations who review and cross-check the published data of the agreements they know, and point out errors, salary revisions and gazette news to us. They contribute on an ongoing basis. To join, write to us stating your activity and the agreements or sectors you know.

OCCASIONAL CONTRIBUTOR · WHEN DOWNLOADING

One question when you take a set of tables

Anyone who downloads an agreement’s data can answer a short question about a published figure, with the link to the official gazette to check it. No sign-up: it is optional, takes less than a minute and already counts as a contribution.

Contributing occasionally takes less than a minute

No sign-up and no reading whole documents: verification is built into the normal use of the website.

01 · DOWNLOAD

Take a set of salary tables

Find an agreement and download its data (Excel or payroll XML) with your professional email. Free of charge.

02 · CHECK ONE FIGURE

One question, thirty seconds

We show you one figure from the agreement (“is it correct that the base salary for this category is X?”) with the link to the gazette to check it. You answer Yes, No — or “I don’t know”, and that is fine. With that, you have already contributed.

Want to contribute? You almost already are.

Download an agreement’s tables and check your first figure — with that you are already helping to make Spain’s labour information reliable and everyone’s. And if you work with agreements every day, write to us to contribute on an ongoing basis.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a professional contributor and an occasional one?

A professional contributor works with agreements every day (advisers, HR departments, trade unions, employers’ organisations) and contributes on an ongoing basis: they review and cross-check the published data and point out errors and news to us. An occasional contributor contributes when downloading tables: they answer a short question about one figure and carry on with their day. Both count, and every figure ends up backed by its official gazette.

What exactly does an occasional contributor do?

When you download an agreement’s tables, we show you a very short question about a published figure (“is it correct that the base salary for this category is X?”) with the link to the official gazette to check it. Answering takes less than a minute and is optional.

How do I become a professional contributor?

If you work with collective agreements regularly and want to contribute on an ongoing basis, write to us from the contact page stating your activity and the agreements or sectors you know.

Who can contribute?

Anyone who works with agreements: employment advisers, HR departments, trade unions, employers’ organisations or any professional. To contribute occasionally all you need is an email address.

What happens when someone flags a figure as incorrect?

We check it against the official gazette and, where appropriate, it is corrected and the correction is published. No figure is ever changed automatically.
